The first course Technical diver training, this is a exciting yet challenging and fulfilling course where you will start to learn all about technical diving and the skills involved. You will do various academic sessions and 1 session in the pool, plus 4 open water training dives.
The Pre-requisites for this course are;
Minimum age of 18yrs. Certified as a PADI Advanced diver.Certified as a NITROX diver.Certified as a DEEP diver, or have documented proof of deep diving.Have a minimum of 30 logged dives.
What do I need to start this course
You will need to the Tec Deep crewpack which is available from us, you will also need your own full dive kit which must be of at least a high capacity single cylinder ie 15ltr and a pony of a minimum of 5ltr. Or ideally twin 12ltr cylinders. Your primary regulator must have 2mtr long hose.
What can I do after completion.
After successful completion of this course you will be qualified to;
Use decompression software and dive computers to plan decompression dives.
Do Decompression dives with a maximum of 10 minutes decompression, to a max depth of 40mtr.
Use a single cylinder of decompression gas with a maximum of 50% Oxygen, for conservatism.

The 2nd course in your training on your way to becoming a fully qualified Tec 50 diver, during this course you will gain further skills and learn about gas switching accelerated decompression dives with 1 stage cylinder. You will undertake more academic sessions and a further 4 open water training dives.
The Pre-requisites for enrolling on his course are;
Minimum age of 18yrs.
Certified as a Tec 40 diver.
Be certified as a Rescue diver.
Have a minimum of 50 logged dives, with pre-req's
Must have a current first aid certificate.
What do I need to start this course;
You will need to meet the pre-requisites listed above.
You will need the Tec Deep crewpack, plus all of your own diving equipment.
Your main cylinders must be a minimum of twin 12s with a isolation manifold and 1 stage/deco cylinder.
There is also a lot of other required equipment needed so please give us a call to discuss this.
What can I do after completion;
After successful completion of this course you will be qualified to;
Make single and repetitive dives to a maximum depth of 45mtr.
Use a single stage cylinder of any mix of EAN or Oxygen for accelerated decompression.

This is a add on course to the Tec 45 , you will learn about planning and the safe usage of helium in technical dives using normoxic trimix with 21% Oxygen and a maximum of 20% Helium. The ideal blend would be 21%O2 & 20% He, this giving you an equivalent narcotic depth of 34mtrs.
Making you a lot more clearer headed than diving on air at 45mtrs this anabling you to dive in a safer and more alert enviroment.
What can I do after completion ?
You will be able to purchase Trimix blends up to 20% Helium and perform gas switching decompression dives.
You will need to purchase the Tec Trimix manual prior to starting this course.

The full Technical diver training course, this is the final Tec diver training course, and a pre-requisite before you may go onto the Tec TRIMIX course's.
You will undertake even more academic sessions and participate in a further 4 more open water training dives. Learning you all about planning and safely completing accelerated decompression diving.
The Pre-Requisites for enrolling on this course are;
Be a Minimum of 18yrs.
Be Certified as a Tec 45 diver.
Certified as a PADI Rescue diver.
Must have a current first aid certificate.
Have a minimum of 100 logged dives with pre-req's
What do I need to complete this course;
You will need all the equipment as required for Tec 45, plus a further Stage cylinder, please contact us for a list of all the required equipment.
What can I do after successful completion of this course;
You will be qualified to make single or multiple accelerated decompression dives to a maximum depth of 50mtrs with 2 stage/deco cylinders using any EAN or Oxygen for decompression.
This course is also a pre-requisite of the Tec TRIMIX course.
Dive 12 may be completed by using Trimix, but this will incur additional costs.
Price is just £250.00, or £350.00 if doing dive 12 on TRIMIX. Also NO course materials or gases included. Please note if doing dive 12 on Trimix ,you will also need to purchase the Tec Trimix manual as well.

This is the first Trimix course which further enhances your Technical diving skills, and learns you about planning and executing stage decompression Trimix dives, Using mixes with a minimum Oxygen content of 18%. Up to a maximum of 65mtrs.
What do I need to start this course?
The Tec Trimix Crew pack
Be a minimum of 18yrs old
Be a PADI Rescue Diver or equivalent.
Be a DSAT Tec-50 Diver or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 150 logged dives, with pre-req's.
What does it involve?
It involves various academic sessions and exams and 5 open water training dives, where you will learn all the skills needed for safe Trimix diving.
Will I need any more equipment?
Apart from your equipment you use in the Tec-50 course you will need a Argon suit inflation cylinder, (students are not permitted to use trimix for suit inflation), and a trimix computer & trimix decompression software.
What can I do after successful completion of this course?
After successful completion of this course you will be qualified to make accelerated stage decompression dives using Trimix with a Oxygen content of a minimum of 18% to a max depth of 65mtrs.

This is the full Trimix course and is undertaken after successful completion of Trimix 65, On this course you will further improve your skills and learn more about planning and executing stage decompression Trimix dives, using gases with less than 18% Oxygen, making this the full Hypoxic Trimix course.

All of the pre-requisites as mentioned above plus.
Be qualified as a Tec Trimix 65 diver
Will I need any more equipment?
No, you will already have all the required equipment after completing your Trimix 65 course.
What is involved in this course?
You will undertake some more academic sessions plus a further 3 open water dives.
What can I do after successful completion of this course?
After successful completion of this course you will be able to plan and execute, accelerated stage decompression dives to a initial depth of 90mtrs. Although there is no max depth to this qualification we advise you to broaden your depth and skills slowly. This is where we can help as we regularly organize deep diving trips and expeditions with our dive club.

What will I do?
You will learn all about the art of gas blending, and the safe use of Oxygen as well as learning about oxygen cleaning.
You will learn all about the safe use in blending oxygen and helium.
Learn all about the hazards involved.
Learn how to oxygen clean cylinders, regulators, valves etc.
What is involved?
The course consists of 1 day in the classroom and workshop.
Pre Requisites to enrol on this course are;
Open water diver or equivalent.
Padi Enriched air diver or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Upon completion you will be qualified to?
Blend enriched air blends ( Nitrox ), air and oxygen
Or ( Trimix) using air, oxygen and helium.
Price is just £95.00 for Nitrox Gas Blender or £120.00 for Trimix Gas Blender.
Please Note,there may be additional costs involved as the price covers the cost of blending in 3ltr cylinders, you may wish to blend into your own cylinders ready so you have the required gas ready for a dive, if you chose to do this there will be cost involved for the Gas used etc.
