PADI Courses

This is a course especially for the kids where they will experience all the thrills of the underwater world, during this course they will learn various skills and take part in various underwater scenarios while under the safe supervision of a club instructor.

The course takes place over approx 5 pool sessions.

The course is for 10 to 12 year olds.

Price £40.00 for first session, includes crew pack and equipment.

And £10.00 per session after.

Discover Scuba Diving

This is the first step in seeing what it is like in the underwater world. The PADI DSD program lets you experience what it is like to scuba dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional.

During this pool session you will learn some basic skills in a safe environment, while having lots of fun.

Minimum age 10years.

Includes all equipment.

Price £10.00 per session.

Scuba Review

Not been diving for a while, then this is the course for you. You will be put through your skill circuit once more under the supervision  of a PADI professional, enabling you to get your skills up to speed allowing you to dive safely.

Price £20.00

Open Water Course

This is the first course to qualify as a Open Water Scuba Diver, which allows you to dive with a buddy of equal qualification or higher to a depth of 18mtrs.

During this course you will learn how to safely dive in scuba gear and associated equipment.

After completion you will gain the Open Water Diver qualification which is recognised worldwide.

The course comprises of a minimum of 5 pool sessions, plus academic and lecture presentations, and then 4 open water dives.

Minimum age 15years or 10years for juniors (juniors qualify to 12mtrs.

Price £275.00.

Includes all materials & equipment hire.

Includes certification for life.

Advanced Open Water Diver

This course offers something for everyone, you have a varied choice of adventure dives in which to participate.

Although deep & navigation are compulsory, you then have a choice of 3 adventure dives to suit you.

Upon completion you are qualified to dive to 30mtrs.

The course consists of academic sessions and 5 open water dives.

Minimum age is 15years or 12 for juniors (juniors is 21mtrs).

Pre-requisite is open water diver.

Price £175.00.

Includes all materials but does NOT include equipment hire.

Includes certification for life.

Rescue Diver

 This course will expand both your knowledge and experience beyond recreational diving.

You will be learning about self rescue and the rescue of others, & learning about how to cope in a rescue situation.

Although this is a very demanding course you will have lots of fun while learning.

The course consists of academics sessions, 2 pool sessions & 4 open water scenarios.

Minimum age 15years or 12 for juniors.

Pre-requisites are, advanced open water diver, and must have a current first aid CPR certificate.

Price £175.00.

Includes all materials and certification, BUT does not include equipment hire.

BRONZE Package Combine both Rescue & Oxygen Provider for £225.00

SILVER Package, Rescue course plus Oxygen provider & EFR for just £275.00

GOLD Package, Rescue course, plus EFR, RescuEAN and Oxygen provider for just £320.00, the ultimate rescue course.

All courses from the open water course do NOT include          equipment hire.

Emergency First Response

This is a first aid and CPR course and is suitable for both divers and non-divers alike.

You will learn all about basic life support and life threatening injuries.

You will participate in CPR, injuries, risk assessment plus various other skills

A very enjoyable and fun learning first aid course.

It is also a pre-requisite of the rescue course.

Approx 1 day in the classroom.

Price £65.00.

Includes materials.

This certification lasts for 2years, after which a refresher course is required.

DiveMaster

The first step into becoming a PADI professional , during this course you will be working closely with your instructors, expanding your dive knowledge with lots of presentations and classroom sessions.

You will get your diving skills up to demonstration quality, and will be working closely with students.

You will finish with exceptional leadership qualities enabling you to lead dives and assist the instructors with students, enabling you to work in the dive industry.

Price £295.00, please note that the course crew pack is extra to course fee.

Pre-requisites are;

Minimum age 18 years.

Minimum 20 logged dives prior to training and 60 logged dives before completion.

Be a Advanced open Water diver.

Be a Rescue Diver.

You will need a medical statement signed by your doctor.

Minimum duration 12 weeks.

There is a fee payable directly to PADI for certification.

You will require a HSE divers medical to be able to work with students.

 
Text Box: Assistant Instructor Text Box: This is the next step in the professional rankings of the PADI system. Once certified as a assistant instructor you will be able to assist your instructor in teaching courses, by presenting the academic elaboration of any PADI diver course under the indirect supervision of a PADI instructor. During confined water present the initial skills under the direct supervision of a PADI instructor. Conduct open water surface skills evaluations during the open water course training dives under the indirect supervision of a PADI instructor. Teach and certify the PPB course , with a padi available for consultation during the course. Teach the Project Aware course, Teach the AWARE coral preservation course. Independently conduct the Discover Scuba course. Independently teach the PADI Seal team Aqua missions. Teach the PADI Underwater Photographer course. To enrol in this course you must be a PADI Divemaster ( or equivelant ) You will learn all about the PADI teaching system. This course takes 4 days and involves various academic sessions as well a various pool and open water sessions.
