Advanced Courses
Not been in the water for 6 months or more, then why not participate in a scuba review and let a PADI professional go through your dive skills and a quick academic refresher. This is a requirement when diving abroad, so why le t it take up time from your holiday, when we can put your paces in a couple of hours and get you back up to speed. Upon completion a Scuba Review Decal will be fitted to you cert card, allowing you the comfort of getting straight back in the water.

This course offers something for every one, you have a varied choice of adventure dives in which to participate. Although deep & navigation are compulsory, you then have a choice of 3 adventure dives to suit you from the adventures in diving manual, popular choices. You will learn various aspects of diving under the close supervision of one of our PADI Instructors. Upon completion you are qualified to dive to 30mtrs. The course consists of 1 academic session and 5 open water dives. Minimum age is 15years or 12 for juniors (juniors is 21mtrs).
Pre-requisite to participate on this course is open water diver.

This course will expand both your knowledge and experience beyond recreational diving. You will be learning about self rescue and the rescue of others, & learning about how to apply first aid and cope in a rescue situation. Although this is a very demanding course you will have lots of fun while learning. The course consists of academics sessions, 2 pool sessions & 1 or 2 day's scenario training in open water. Minimum age 15 year's or 12 for juniors. We have various Rescue package deals available, please contact us for more details.
Pre-requisites are, advanced open water diver, and must have a current first aid CPR certificate.

First Aid Courses
This is a first aid and CPR course and is suitable for both divers and non-divers alike. You will learn all about basic life support and life threatening injuries. You will participate in CPR, first aid, injuries, risk assessment plus various other skills a very enjoyable and fun learning first aid course. This course qualifies as the pre-requisite of the rescue course. Duration of approx 6 hours in the classroom.

This certification lasts for 2 years, after which a refresher course is required.
This is a HSE approved first aid training course, very similar to the EFR course but meets all current requirements for first aid in the workplace as an appointed person for small companies usually employing less than 50 depending on risks involved in the workplace. You will learn CPR and First Aid skills through presentations and Dvd's as well as participating in scenario practice
Price £95.00, includes student manual and certification, takes approx 8hrs.
This is the full 3 day HSE approved first aid at work training course covering primary and secondary care, as well as various aspects of COSH, this course is required by HSE legislation depending on the number of employees, normally over 50 but dependant on the risks involved in the workplace. If you are involved in a high risk workplace then this is the ideal course, more scenario practice is covered to make sure your motor skills are high.
Price £220.00, includes student manual and materials, and certification, the course takes place over 3 days. There must be a minimum of 2 students on this course.
Professional Courses
The first step into becoming a PADI professional , during this course you will be working closely with your instructors, expanding your dive knowledge with lots of presentations and classroom sessions. You will get your diving skills up to demonstration quality, and will be working closely with students. You will finish with exceptional leadership qualities enabling you to lead dives and assist the instructors with students, enabling you to work in the dive industry.
Price £350.00, please note that the course crew pack is extra to course fee's.
Pre-requisites to enrol on this course are; Minimum age 18 years. Minimum 20 logged dives prior to training and 60 logged dives before completion. Be a Advanced open Water diver or equivalent. Be a Rescue Diver or equivalent. You will need a medical statement signed by your doctor. Minimum duration is approx 12 weeks, although we encourage you to learn at your own pace. There is a fee payable directly to PADI for certification. You will require a HSE diver's medical to be able to work with students.
This is the next step in the professional rankings of the PADI system. Once certified as a assistant instructor you will be able to assist your instructor in teaching courses, by presenting the academic portion of any PADI diver course under the indirect supervision of a PADI instructor. During confined water present the initial skills under the direct supervision of a PADI instructor. Conduct open water surface skills evaluations during the open water course training dives under the indirect supervision of a PADI instructor. Teach and certify the PPB course , with a padi instructor available for consultation during the course. Teach the Project Aware course, Teach the AWARE coral preservation course. Independently conduct the Discover Scuba course. Independently teach the PADI Seal team Aqua missions. Teach the PADI Underwater Digital Photographer course.

To enrol in this course you must be a PADI Dive master, (or equivalent) you will learn all about the PADI teaching system and how to present academic sessions. This course takes 4 days and involves various academic sessions as well a various pool and open water sessions.
